Lend me your words. . . .
Hi Medium family —
A couple of weeks ago I had an idea. Whether or not the grand plan in my head will actually manage to bear fruit remains to be seen, but I am working towards Something.
First, I spur-of-the-moment created a new website specifically for my writing (since, quite frankly, I have been frustrated with the blog experience on the platform where I have my photography website). I can’t keep away from the motivation to include others, so the idealist inside me would like it to be so much more than just about Amy. Whether or not that happens, time will tell. I’m hoping it will grow into something that evokes community.
Pushing off in this direction, I’ve spawned a new community project. I am looking for words that finish the phrase “poetry is. . . . .”
What I want / need is responses that are:
10 words or less
UNLESS your response is in haiku form
(Bonus points if you respond in haiku, but either is fine! better than fine, either is GREAT!)
If you want to lend me your words, please put them in the comments below. I am going to make something — possibly several somethings — but I need plenty of words to make it work. I WILL credit you! This WILL take physical form! and be displayed in public! but of course I’m not going to tell you my plan yet. You’ll just have to trust me, and wait and see. 😁
